This is a test version. Beta data may be deleted before launch and is not guaranteed to be backed up.
Ravnake is a private media vault for storing, organising, and selectively sharing your trick clips, photos, and audio. Your content is private by default and is only visible to people you explicitly share it with.
You can sign in to Ravnake using your Google or Apple account. We use these providers only for authentication — to verify your identity and create your account.
You can also sign in with a magic link sent to your email address, without using Google or Apple at all.
We store the following data on your behalf:
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the EU (eu-central-1 / Frankfurt).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your media is private by default. Share links are time-limited and can be revoked at any time.
If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can export your data and delete your account directly in the app under Settings → Manage account. Requesting deletion deactivates your account immediately: your profile becomes invisible to others, your share links are revoked (links that are already open can keep working for a few minutes until their access URLs expire), and nothing new can be added. After a 14-day grace period the account and all uploaded files are permanently deleted. Signing in within those 14 days lets you reactivate the account; revoked share links are not restored. The data export remains available during the grace period.
Questions about your data? Contact us at hello@ravnake.app
If your account has been suspended and you want your data exported or deleted, write to support@ravnake.app instead: a suspended account cannot sign in, so we handle those requests by e-mail.
Every shared page has a report button, which reaches us without an account. You can also write to abuse@ravnake.app — include the share link if you have one.
This is a preliminary privacy policy for beta testing purposes and will be updated before the public launch.
